What do I have to do for the upgraded FREE Priority Shipping Option?

Place at least $75 of eligible items in your cart. Proceed to Checkout; Choose "Priority Delivery". Complete your Checkout.

What exclusions apply?

All items will qualify for the Free Shipping program, subject to certain exceptions. There are a number of reasons why your order might not be eligible for Free Shipping. Free Shipping applies to orders made at and shipped within the U.S. only. The $75 minimum purchase for Priority Shipping is calculated after all other discounts including coupon codes are applied.

Can the Free Shipping Program be changed or discontinued? may change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time at its sole discretion; however you shall receive Free Shipping for any eligible purchases made prior to any change to the Free Shipping Program.


International packages do not have tracking ability unless shipped Global Express Mail. If you opt for First Class International shipping you will receive a Customs number which notifies you of shipping date, and is NOT a tracking number. If you require tracking, please opt for Express Mail Delivery in checkout.

First Class International Airmail

Offers no tracking. Delivery time: 10-14 business days without customs delays (We use this method unless another method is paid for at checkout). This excludes weekends, and U.S Holidays, you will receive a customs number via email.

International Priority Mail

Offers limited tracking in some countries Delivery Time: 6-10 business days without customs delays. This excludes U.S Holidays, and weekends, you will receive a Customs number via email that may track in some countries.

International Express Mail

3-5 business days (Only option that offers door-to-door track ability). This excludes weekends, and U.S Holidays, you will receive a confirmation number via email.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned unclaimed at customs or undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customers' expense. For shipping questions, please email us at

Note Regarding Customs and Duties

Some packages can be delayed 2-3 weeks due to a clogged customs office. Sadly there isn't anything we can do on our end to contact your local customs office. All international orders are subject to customs but as a courtesy to our customers, we do all we can to avoid additional charges. However, any custom/tariff/duties charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. For specific duties, customs, and tariff information please contact the customs agency in your country.

Note about orders shipping to Canada

Canadian Customs is notorious for delays. Once packages clear customs, about 50% of packages can be tracked on If not there, it may be held with customs. Note on Shipping to Italy

Shipping to Italy is slow and completely unreliable if shipped First Class International and may take up to 60 days. We recommend only shipping via Express mail to track the entire way. In addition, if the product you are ordering is not allowed to be imported into Italy, your package would be confiscated by the Italian customs office. Please contact the Italian customs office BEFORE placing an order to verify that you may import any item you wish to purchase from us into your country.

Damage Claims

Insurance protects against damage during shipment or non-delivery. Please save any damaged shipping containers, as damage is only covered if extensive damage to the shipping container can be proven.

Loss Claims

USPS does not consider a package lost in the US for 14 days and 45 business days for international orders following ship date. We can only reship or refund when insurance is opted for, after this time frame. If a package is showing proof of delivery, insurance claims are generally denied. If you would like special handling (i.e. do not leave packages on porch), please leave a note in the checkout customer notes section.

Shipping Errors or Manufacturing Defects

We guarantee that your order will be correct and free of defects. Despite our best efforts to create a perfect buying experience, there may be errors in your order processing or a manufacturing defect. Should that happen, send us an e-mail to within 3 days of receiving the item and tell us the error or defect, invoice number, and the stamped name of person that packaged your order. We'll promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and pay for return shipping at our discretion. International orders require us to refund shipping costs once return is received. United States orders are provided with a prepaid shipping label.
