For those unlucky breaks, Pretty Skin 4 Less has made returns and exchanges fast and easy. We understand that allergic or negative reactions to skin care products are unpredictable. If you have concerns about your skin, specific products, or ingredients, please feel free to contact us before making your purchase. We would love to have you talk to our trained esthetician. Many of our manufacturers offer samples or trial products, and we include these free samples in every order to help our customers avoid unsavory reactions.
We also accept returns or exchanges on all unopened, unused, or damaged products. All returns are for store credit or exchange only and must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please follow these instructions:
- If you want to return or exchange an item(s), simply complete the easy
Return & Exchange Request Form from our customer service department prior to shipping the item(s) back for credit or exchange. It's fast and easy!
- Once we've received and processed your Return & Exchange Form, you'll receive an email confirmation to verify your request. We must receive the item(s) you've returned in the original product's packaging, which must be in a new and unused condition, along with your completed Return & Exchange Request Form.
- Within 7 business days after your item(s) is received, your replacement item(s) will be shipped to you or you will receive store credit in the form of a discount code or gift card. It's that simple!
When returning an item, all parts, printed materials, and boxes must be included in order to be eligible for a refund. Please include your invoice number as well as the reason for the return. To ensure that your returns are received by Pretty Skin 4 Less, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service and a trackable shipping method. Shipping fees are only eligible for a refund when the original item was either shipped incorrectly by Pretty Skin 4 Less, damaged, or there was a manufacturer's defect and insurance was opted for at the original purchase date. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
