Our Shipping Policy

Our shipping is done primarily with United States Postal Service as it is about a third of the cost for our particular sizes. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours after payment. When a product or line is on backorder we will email you to let you know within 2 days of your order. PLEASE USE ONE VALID EMAIL to communicate so we can easily track our communication.

Combined Shipping

We do offer discounts for combined shipping!! Our easy checkout system will automatically combine your items at the discount rate, and will keep you updated throughout the fulfillment of your order! We at Prettyskin4less want to help you save as much money as possible on your orders, and a great way to do that is to combine your purchases. To combine your shipments at Prettyskin4less all items must be paid for together. We cannot combine orders once payment is made as we use an automated system.

How do we determine our shipping costs?

Our shipping costs take into account staff to ship and package orders, packaging costs, and shipping costs to us as well as the staff it takes to process your order, answer emails and communicate. We do not inflate our shipping prices, but keep in mind that shipping costs are not just postage.

United States:
First Class: 5-7 Business Days (This excludes weekends, and U.S Holidays, you will receive a confirmation number via email)
Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days this excludes weekends, and U.S Holidays, you will receive a confirmation number via email)
Express: Overnight (This excludes weekends, and U.S Holidays, you will receive a confirmation number via email)

International packages do not have tracking ability unless shipped Global Express Mail. If you opt for First Class International shipping you will receive a Customs number which notifies you of shipping date, and is NOT a tracking number. If you require tracking, please opt for Express Mail Delivery in checkout.

Offers no tracking. Delivery time: Up to 14 business days without customs delays (We use this method unless other service is opted or paid for in checkout) (This excludes weekends, and U.S Holidays, you will receive a customs number via email)

Offers limited tracking in some countries Delivery Time: 6-10 business days without customs delays (This excludes U.S Holidays, and weekends, you will receive a Customs number via email that may track in some countries)

3-5 business days (Only option that offers door-to-door track ability) (This excludes weekends, and U.S Holidays, you will receive a confirmation number via email)

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned unclaimed at customs or undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customers’ expense.

Note Regarding Customs and Duties

Some packages can be delayed 2-3 weeks due to a clogged customs office. Sadly there isn’t anything we can do on our end to contact your local customs office. All international orders are subject to customs. At our customers convenience we mark our packages at $30.00 to avoid the duty tax. For specific duties, customs, and tariff information please contact the customs agency in your country.

Note about orders shipping to Canada

Canadian Customs is notorious for delays. Once packages clear customs, about 50% of packages are tracked on canadapost.com. If not there, it may be held with customs. To contact them to see if a package is being held, please contact them at:

Note on Shipping to Italy

Shipping to Italy is slow and completely unreliable if shipped First Class International and may take up to 60 days. We recommend only shipping via Express mail to track the entire way. In addition, if the product you are ordering is not allowed to be imported into Italy, your package would be confiscated by the Italian customs office. Please contact the Italian customs office BEFORE placing an order to verify that you may import any item you wish to purchase from us into your country.

Insurance

Insurance is OPTIONAL, but is strongly recommended. Your shipment is NOT protected against loss or damage without insurance. We have no way to recoup product costs without this, and your credit card or paypal is NOT an insurance policy. It charges us so we are out product and shipping without payment. Please protect us both and opt for the insurance. Without it, you take on the risk solely.
